Do you screen the applicants?

Yes.  We use a third party screening service to look at potential renters’ credit score, criminal history, rental history and employment history. 

When do I get my rent payment?

Rent is due on the 1^st of the month.  Once we receive the tenants rent payment we send it out to you, which can take 1-3 days depending on what day of the week it was sent out and how fast some banks process it.

How do I get my rent payment?

You have the choice of either receiving your rent via a mailed check or by electronic deposit into your bank account.

How often do we do inspections?

We conduct inspections at the beginning and end of a tenancy as well as once every year that the tenant is occupying the property.
